Civida has long history of providing affordable housing options for Edmonton families.
Civida began as the Edmonton Housing Authority in 1970; in 1995, they became Capital Region Housing.
Today, they are Civida — the largest provider of social and near market homes in the Edmonton region.

Details:
This concept focuses on the personal aspect of Civida. An image of a family is highlighed in a
circle that mimics the “C” shape of the logo. Additional images in smaller circles give balance and structure.
The design is grounded with a white base that is bordered with a multicolour band. The Civida logo and text
are contained within this space. The circle motif is continued throughout the Annual Report and a coloured
sidebar is incorporated.
