Family Violence Prevention Month Collateral

Family Violence Prevention Month began in 1986 as an initiative in Hinton, during a time when family violence was not a public topic. The initiative is now province-wide, and works closely with community partners to support those impacted by family violence and break the cycle of abuse.
Using the 2016 theme “Reach Out. Speak Out.” Diva developed a new campaign including posters, infographics, digital ads and theatre ads. The design incorporated varying shades of purple, which is the colour of the ribbon for Family Violence Prevention Month. We were challenged to create infographics to bring awareness and communicate their message about this sensitive topic. The result is a bold design that demonstrates inclusivity within the province. These infographics were extremely well received and were shared by Premier Rachel Notley on her social media accounts.
